Istanbul Technical University - Department of Electrical Engineering - Power Electronics Laboratory, is founded at 1972 in Gumussuyu Campus. At 1995 our laboratory is moved to Ayazaga Campus with Department of Electrical Engineering. ITU Power Electronics Laboratory has been serving to thousands of students since 1972.

Our Laboratory serves to;
· · Undergraduates: Power Electronics Laboratory Course (ELK342) is held in our laboratory. Almost 150 students in a semester take this course and 6 experimental tests are done by our department research assistants. Also some power electronics graduation projects are done in Power Electronics Laboratory.
· · Graduates; M.Sc. and Ph.D. power electronics projects, thesis and academic works are done in Power Electronics Laboratory.
· · Also; some tests demanded by companies out of university are done in our laboratory.
